Suggested espresso recipe
Start with 18 g of finely ground coffee and aim for 36 g of espresso in 25–30 seconds. If your machine allows temperature adjustment, start at 200°F (93°C).

Adjust to taste: if your shot tastes sour, try a slightly finer grind. If it tastes bitter or dry, try a slightly coarser grind. Keep your dose and yield consistent while adjusting. This recipe is a starting point; your ideal settings will vary with your equipment and preferences.
