Discover the naturally sweet and vibrant character of our Honduras Organic Yellow Honey, a specialty coffee grown in the renowned coffee-producing region of Marcala, Honduras.

Grown at approximately 1,400 meters above sea level, this organic coffee features Red and Yellow Catuai varieties and is processed using the Yellow Honey Process. Unlike a traditional washed coffee, some of the coffee fruit's natural mucilage remains on the bean during drying, helping develop additional sweetness and a distinctive fruit-forward character.

We roast this coffee to a Medium Roast to highlight its natural sweetness, floral aroma, and delicate complexity. The cup is bright yet approachable, with inviting notes of honeysuckle, sweet fruit, and subtle chocolate, complemented by a smooth, creamy finish.
